Introduction & General Information

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the bdkkr platform and all its services. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bdkkr. By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the bdkkr platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform. bdkkr reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Important: This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on bdkkr, you must meet the following conditions:

You must be at least 21 years old.
You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration.
Each person may create only one account.
The account must be operated in your own name and with your own funds — betting on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
Online gaming must be legal for you under the laws of your country of residence.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

If any information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading, bdkkr reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account. Any bonus or winnings granted on the basis of false information may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bdkkr will never ask for your password.

Please note: You are responsible for all activity on your account unless you have notified us of unauthorized use in a timely manner.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the bdkkr platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. Deposit processing is generally instant. Funds will be credited to your account only after the deposit is confirmed.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your identity verification must be complete before making a withdrawal.

Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met.
In cases of suspicious activity, bdkkr reserves the right to hold withdrawals and request additional verification.
Multiple withdrawal requests may be processed at the same time.

For example: If you deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 as a 150% welcome bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must place a total of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in wagers.

Bonus & Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bdkkr offers new members a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳22,000 will earn a ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x (on the bonus amount only). This means that if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳22,500 in wagers before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

Each user may claim each promotion a maximum of once.
Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
bdkkr reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.

Warning: Attempting to claim bonuses by creating multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bdkkr is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and transparent environment for all players. Our game platforms are powered by third-party technology, and outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Countering or arbitrage betting for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
Using any automated software, bots, or artificial aids.
Exploiting any technical error or bug on the platform for gain.
Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
Harassing or intimidating other users.
Betting using a third party's account.

5.3 Action Against Fraud

If fraud allegations against any user are proven, bdkkr may suspend or close the account without prior notice and forfeit the associated balance. Information may be provided to law enforcement authorities if necessary.

VIP Program & Rewards Policy

bdkkr's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit.

Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on your activity and participation on the platform. bdkkr reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits at any time. Your account must be active and verified to receive cashback.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

7.1 Service Availability

bdkkr strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party reasons. bdkkr is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

7.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect payout or bonus is issued due to a technical error, bdkkr reserves the right to correct that error and re-settle the incorrect amount. Any amount received as a result of a clear error will be considered void.

7.3 Third-Party Liability

bdkkr relies on third-party providers for game software and payment processing. bdkkr is not directly liable for any loss caused by the actions, decisions, or failures of these third parties.

8.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdkkr reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder when required. Government-issued identification and proof of address may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Account Closure by the User

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, it is advised that you withdraw any valid funds remaining in your balance. Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure.

9.2 Account Closure by bdkkr

bdkkr may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

Any breach of the Terms.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Providing false information.
Being identified as an underage user.
Extended period of inactivity.
